Neck pain is easy to identify as it is the pain that occurs from the bottom of your head to the top of your shoulders. In many cases, neck pain can spread to the upper back or arms and limit neck and head movement.
Often times, neck pain is the result of straining the muscles or ligaments in the neck area. However, there are other causes of neck pain that would necessitate a visit to our clinic. Those can include:
- Facet joint pain
- Radiculopathy
- Intervertebral disc degeneration or herniation
- Torticollis
- Cervicogenic headache
